Delivery
Orders are carried out exclusively by InPost courier service. Exceptions are international shipments sent by DPD courier.
Delivery of the Product takes place within the European Union and EEA. We serve other countries on request.
The shipping costs shall be indicated to the Customer on the shop's website ("Delivery and payment") and during the ordering process, including at the moment of expressing the will to be bound by the sales contract.
Payment
The customer can use electronic and card payments via Przelewy24, PayU and Revolut Pay
In the case of choosing electronic or credit card payment, the customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days of concluding the sales contract - after this deadline the order will be cancelled
The shop does not support cash on delivery - all orders must be paid for in advance.
Returns
The consumer may, within 14 days of receipt of the Product, withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason.

The return declaration can be sent by post to the following address ANG Katarzyna Żukiewicz, ul. Białostocka 200, 16-100 Sokółka or electronically to the Seller's e-mail address - zamowienia@angonline.eu
The Seller shall reimburse all payments made, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of more costly forms of delivery chosen by the Consumer), no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal declaration
The direct costs of returning the Product shall be borne by the Consumer, including when, due to the nature of the item, it could not be returned by ordinary mail
The right of withdrawal shall not apply, inter alia, to hygiene items or items made to the consumer's specifications (e.g. underwear, swimwear) once their original packaging has been opened.
